Amazing product, love it. I have a very high pressure job and work stress has often kept me awake at night. I've either had feelings of restlessness prevent me from getting to sleep or a wake in the middle of the night for no reason and can't get back to sleep, which results in even more stress the next day. I've tried meditation, regular routine, limiting devices, a range of other supplements, with limited and irregular success. NRV2 before bed has me relaxed and able to sleep when I want, giving me a solid sleep right through the night, and feel refreshed the next day
