I have hereditary bad blood flow. I get it from my fathers side. I asked him (64 years old) to trial the one month with me in a sort of competition and see who got the best results first only taking one capsule a day (against the recommended 2 capsules). HOWEVER, this went above and beyond. I regained FEELING in my heels (I didn’t even know people had this). The first week of taking 1 capsule a day I helped my friends move house. I was standing for 12+ hours as I worked til midnight after helping them. My feet went purple: this sounds terrifying. But is the opposite. For my feet to have feeling means there was an immense blood rush. A blood rush I have never experienced. If I grab the end of a hairbrush, and rub it heel to toe, I can feel the sensation all along. Another plus is during winter, my hands and toes warmed up FASTER!! We love warm, cozy feet!! My dad works out daily, and this helped him recover faster. My father and I will definitely be buying again.

The first product to find that has active ingredients, helping blood flow and warmth from within. I have always struggled with keeping my body warm. I have always suffered from cold hands and feet, even in Summer! I've been using this product for a month now, and I've already noticed a difference, which is awesome as we head into Winter! I find my hands and feet don't get as cold as they used to and I just feel better overall. These capsules are easy to take and swallow and while they are recommended to take with food, I have taken them without food and haven't had a problem.
